Mindfulness

Mindfulness for Stress courses are delivered
online throughout the year.
​You can be a complete beginner, or have experience in mindfulness, either way,
​you will find these courses suitable for you.

How courses are delivered

  • Each course takes a maximum of 15 participants.
  • Sessions are online for 2 hours each week for 8 weeks.
  • Resources for practice during the week are provided.
  • A balance of teaching, questions and discussion, and guided meditation.
