Angie Lee-FosterMindfulness, Movement and Haiku TeacherAngie has been practising mindfulness for over 30 years. She is a trained mindfulness teacher, qualifying with leading organisation Breathworks. She qualified with Mindful Schools and has taught mindfulness to children. In addition Angie is a trained Qigong (mindful movement) teacher having trained with internationally recognised teacher Nick Loffree. She has undertaken courses in creative writing for wellbeing and haiku writing. Angie has been a practising Buddhist for over 35 years.
